Apparently, when the weather channel reports that there will be slush on the roads at night, people automatically start driving like morons. You know what I mean.
You're on the way back from work during rush hour, an already grueling trip, and the speed limit changes to 20 mph. The only precipitation is a slight drizzle, and it drives me crazy!
